I took these a few weeks ago near the rail crossing between Lamberts Bay & Elands Bay on the South African West Coast.
:) So nice to see people caring about these little creatures!! :) Look at his adorable smile!! hehe!

OMG, I am standing up and clapping, we primarily focus on the animal welfare of big dogs, sea turtles, and dolphins. If only the US would get these forward.
